A Personal Injury and Business Litigation Practice
From my law offices in Miami, Florida, I represent individuals and small businesses both statewide and nationally.
My practice is divided into two areas: personal injury cases and complex commercial litigation.
Personal Injury and Wrongful Death. I am available to evaluate and represent clients in the full range of personal injury and wrongful death actions — anytime a person has been injured or killed due to the careless or reckless actions of another person or company:

Defective drug litigation is the primary focus of my personal injury practice. As a trial lawyer, I have experience handling defective drug cases, including kidney failure cases against large pharmaceutical companies like C.B. Fleet Co., Inc., the maker of Fleet Phospho-soda and other bowel cleansing products taken prior to colonoscopy and medical procedures. I am currently pursuing cases involving Fleet Phospho-soda, OsmoPrep, Visicol, Avandia, Yaz, Yasmin, Ocella, Byetta, Reglan, Gardasil and other defective pharmaceutical products nationwide, and accepting new cases in all 50 states.
Kidney failure lawsuits. Due to my years of experience litigating kidney failure lawsuits involving Fleet Phospho-soda, I have the necessary medical knowledge and litigation experience to represent people injured due to other oral sodium phosphate solutions (OSPS) and dangerous drugs that may cause kidney problems, including Fleet Accu-Prep, Fleet EZ- Prep, Wal-Phosphate products, CVS brand bowel cleansers, OsmoPrep, Visicol and Trasylol.
Phospho-soda lawsuits. Currently, the primary focus of my practice is litigation against the giant pharmaceutical company C.B. Fleet Co., Inc., the makers of Phospho-soda. I was the first attorney in Florida to file a defective drug lawsuit against C.B. Fleet, and I have resolved numerous lawsuits against the company. I was recently appointed to the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee in the Multi-District Litigation (MDL) proceeding pending in the Northern District of Ohio.

Personal Injury Matters
There is never a charge for initial consultations on personal injury matters and I am available to consult on legal matters nationwide. For personal injury cases, I work on a contingency fee basis. This means that if there is no financial recovery, there is no fee.
All Other Matters
For all other matters, an initial consultation fee must be paid in advance and I offer competitive hourly rates for legal services once retained.
